it was a such great experience, i loved staff and location. my room included a safe box, iron/ironing board and an electronic key card. wasn't expecting to have kitchenette.

Our stay was exceptional, fancy rooms, very smiling staff.

Facilities were great, yet Wi-Fi was awful.

I appreciated great location and how the place is clean. The rooms with washer/dryer, complete with stove tops and microwave oven.

The room was practical and light, the staff was personable. Excellent view of bay. The pool was heated and the garden — lovely. Pretty much what I expected: outstanding hotel, well priced.

This absolutely charming hotel was really spotless.

Amazing location, fantastic breakfast, supportive staff, plus strong wi-fi. The staff did all they can for a warm stay.

It was not far from everything and the view was amazing! For lunch or dinner go to Almara, located easy walk to the hotel. Maid is the best ever!

the hotel was in an awesome location. el califa is a few steps away from the property. a kitchenette was a big plus. don’t forget to visit fuente de cibeles, that is 15 minutes’ walk away.

Our room was good sized and nice. Zona rosa and other nice tourist spots where in front of this hotel. Taqueria el califa, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. You should definitely explore Juarez district, its worth it
